1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • You can track your shipment through the carrier’s website.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship only to select countries. If your country is not available at checkout, we may not support shipping to your region yet.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO) at this time.

5. Lost or Delayed Packages

  • Bassman Inc. is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs.
  • If your order is significantly delayed or lost, please contact us at euroye@yahoo.com with your order number. We will assist you in filing a claim or arranging a solution.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) once the shipment reaches your destination country.
  • Bassman Inc. is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

7. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please:

  • Take photos of the packaging and products.
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at euroye@yahoo.com to report the issue.

We will evaluate the damage and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
