1. Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

- You can track your shipment through the carrier’s website.
4. Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship only to select countries. If your country is not available at checkout, we may not support shipping to your region yet.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO) at this time.
5. Lost or Delayed Packages
- Bassman Inc. is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs.
- If your order is significantly delayed or lost, please contact us at euroye@yahoo.com with your order number. We will assist you in filing a claim or arranging a solution.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) once the shipment reaches your destination country.
- Bassman Inc. is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
7. Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please:
- Take photos of the packaging and products.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at euroye@yahoo.com to report the issue.
We will evaluate the damage and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
