Refund and Returns Policy
At Bassman Inc., customer satisfaction is our priority. Please review our Refund and Returns Policy carefully to understand your rights and our obligations when returning a product.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return or refund under the following conditions:
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in the original packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
- For hygienic reasons, used or opened cosmetic products cannot be returned unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return:
- Email us at euroye@yahoo.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
- Once approved, we will provide the return instructions and return address.
- You are responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
Note: Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at euroye@yahoo.com.
- Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.
- We will replace the product or offer a full refund (including shipping).
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund:
- First check your bank account or credit card statement again.
- Contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at euroye@yahoo.com.
